RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the day after your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In the case of orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 15-day period begins the day after the last product is delivered.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for all shipping zones. Following your return request, a return label will be sent to you. After receipt of the return, a return fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund. (Unless the return is made in store)
Order shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
We do not have the possibility to cancel and/or modify an order after its confirmation.
How to make a return?
- You must make a return request from your customer account.
- The return must be sent with the label provided or dropped off at the following address:

- In the package, please indicate your order number and your personal information (name, first name, telephone number and email) to help us process your return quickly.
You can return or exchange your return for FREE directly at the PAUEME store - Wednesday to Saturday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (See the address above)
ATTENTION :
- Returns to relay points are not accepted.
- It is not possible to return a gift card.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
It is strongly recommended to keep your proof of return. Indeed, in the event of loss or theft of the package, it can only be refunded upon presentation of the document.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once Pauème has received and inspected the returned Product(s), we will notify you of our decision as to whether to approve or reject your refund request.
In the event of rejection, PAUÈME will return the returned products to the customer and will not refund the price.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a bank transfer will be made. PAUÈME will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days following the day of receipt of the products.
If your request is approved PAUÈME will refund all payments received from affected customers for returned products including shipping costs corresponding to the least expensive shipping method available on the website if the entire order has been returned.
