Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the day after your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In the case of Orders delivered in several shipments, the 15-day period begins the day following delivery of the last Product.

To cancel an Order, Customers will notify Pauème in writing, using the contact form, indicating at least the words “return request” in the message so that we can properly process your request. Pauème will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation notification by email.

EXP EDITION OF YOUR RETURN

The shipping costs for returning your item are offered to you by Pauème based on the least expensive shipping method available on the Website for Metropolitan France only .

For all areas other than mainland France (Europe, Africa, America, Asia & DOM TOM [Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyana, St Barthélémy, St Martin, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna, St Pierre and Miquelon , New Caledonia, Southern Zones]), return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. When making refunds, the shipping costs when the order was sent will not be refunded.

Please note, only Products in their original packaging and accompanied by all documents and accessories possibly shipped with the Products, as well as the corresponding invoice will be accepted.

 All discounted items purchased during inventory periods will be eligible for a return but the amount to be refunded will be deducted from a return fee of €7.90.

Please note that any merchandise not cleared by customs will be refused by our warehouse.

Customers must take care of the Products in their possession. Customers are informed that Pauème reserves the right to refuse any return, if Customers have violated this obligation of care, in particular if the returned products are damaged or show signs of use (in particular if the reimbursement label and the single-use seal have been removed, if the product contains dirt, etc.).

The risk of returning Products is the responsibility of the Customers.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE )

Once Pauème has received and inspected the returned Product(s), we will inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

In the event of rejection, Pauème will return the returned Products to the Customer and will not reimburse the price.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a bank transfer will be made. Pauème will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days following the day of receipt of the Products.

If your request is approved Pauème will refund all payments received from affected Customers for returned Products including transportation costs corresponding to the least expensive shipping method available on the Website.

 All discounted items purchased during the summer inventory between 07/09 and 07/23 will be eligible for a return but the amount to be refunded will be deducted from a return fee of €7.90.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE )

If within thirty (30) days following the day of receipt of the Products you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
