PAUÈME collects and processes personal data. PAUÈME respects the privacy of users and customers.

2.2 Transmission of your data by third parties or via the Internet
2.2.1 During your visit to our site
We collect standard data from all Users who browse our Website, even from those who do not have a customer account. PAUÈME tracks Users' interaction with the Website, monitors performance and collects other information that may be considered Personal Data such as date and time of access, Users' IP addresses and information about the equipment, operating systems and browsers used to access the Website as well as the URL of sites that refer Users to the Website.

Where applicable law permits, PAUÈME also uses the services of Google Analytics, an internet service of Google, Inc. or services similar to the latter, for the purpose of tracking User interaction with the Website and its performance. 2.2.2 Orders or payment from third-party providers
When you order PAUÈME products from third parties who are not part of the PAUÈME Network, the latter may communicate to us some of your personal data in connection with the order you have placed.
Likewise, when you make online payments, the payment providers with whom you have contracted may be required to communicate to us some of your personal data in connection with the purchase you have made (this is particularly the case for using a PayPal account). In this case, your payment data will not be communicated to us.

2.3 Age Restrictions
During visits to our stores, we do not voluntarily collect, use or disclose personal data communicated by a minor under the age of 16, without obtaining the prior consent of their legal guardian (parent or guardian).

Payment processing services allow PAUÈME to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method. To guarantee you greater security, PAUÈME only shares with the financial intermediaries carrying out the transaction the information necessary for the execution of the transaction.
PAUÈME works with trusted service providers whose reputation is proven and recognized.
When PAUÈME collects your payment data, it is not kept once the transaction has been completed.

Depending on the financial intermediary selected, you may be required to transfer your personal data directly to this service provider, in which case the applicable confidentiality policy is that of the service provider in question (for example PayPal).

What are the purposes of collecting and processing your data?

3.1 When processing is necessary for pre-contractual purposes or for the performance of a contract you have with us, we collect your personal data on the basis of Article 6.1 b) GDPR for the purpose of:

Who do we share your personal data with?

We do not sell any data that could identify you.

We only share your personal data in one of the following situations:
- When your data is necessary for the performance of the Services and the purposes described in this Charter;
- When your data has been anonymized;
- When you expressly ask us to share your personal data.

Your data may be shared with internal recipients of the PAUÈME Network or with external recipients.
The list of internal recipients includes all entities of the PAUÈME Network (as mentioned in paragraph 1.3 of this Confidentiality Charter).

4.1 Sharing of data allowing you to be identified
PAUÈME relies in particular on a network of external service providers to provide the following services:

o Bank card processing.

PAUÈME only shares with its network of service providers the information necessary for the execution of the intended purpose.

The security of your data

In general, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions as well as the usual standards in this area, to protect your personal data against any destruction, loss or alteration, or even any disclosure or unauthorized access request.

When you provide us with data on our Website, including your credit card information, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology helps secure it and your transactions.

Keeping your data

We retain your personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes set out in this Charter or as required by applicable law.

For each category of data, we have defined a retention period based on the categories of data collected.

Concerning data relating to your contact details (such as name, address, e-mail, etc.) the retention period of said data is 12 months since the last use of your data and in all cases 10 years since your last transaction.

What are your rights and how to exercise them?

To ensure that your personal data is processed fairly and transparently, we strive to provide you with information regarding the use of your data in the most concise and understandable form and in clear and simple terms.

In order to secure access to your data, any request not emanating from your Customer account or the e-mail address that you have communicated to us must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

A response will then be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the request.

Likewise, we also provide you through your customer account with the possibility to directly correct or update your personal information.
