To make your return from a country outside the European Union , please send it to the following address and under the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm:

Please note that any merchandise not cleared by customs will be refused by our warehouse.

All discounted items purchased during inventory periods will be eligible for a return but the amount to be refunded will be deducted from a return fee of €7.90.
